Approximate times to Fertilize: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day
We typically put down a lighter coverage of fertilizer at a rate of 2/3 lb. per 1000 sq. ft. since we don't want to take any chance of burning the grass.
One pass of a broadcast spreader down the center of the trail at slow to moderate speed is sufficient.
