The Trirochester group is holding a spring time trial series. This started last Thursday and there will be 3 more events every Thursday. The TTs will start at East St. Olaf church each week and run the same 14-mile course as last year (see copy of the map on the RASC Bulletin Board).
Start time is 6:30 PM sharp.

Please park in the South part of the parking lot away from the church so any church members or employees can still park next to the church and don't block the circle drive in front of the church
Bill Nevala who is organizing the Rochesterfest Triathlon is looking for volunteers to help with both events. The Rochesterfest Triathlon will be on June 29th. Join us in beautiful southeast Minnesota for the second running of the TreadMan Duathlon! This event comprises a 5K run, 32K bike ride and a final 5K run. Helmets are required / All surfaces are paved. All entrants receive a custom towel and socks. Free massages provided by Stress Solutions after the event. Brent Sinn from LaCrosse won the 2nd Treadman Duathlon. He lead in a pack of 5 Rochester triathletes, with Jim Hannon and Mike Gruba coming in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Sarah Kolpin from Madison took the top womens' honors, with Darcy Franklin and Emily Shoop, both from Minneapolis taking 2nd and3rd spots. Full results are now on-line. This year's Eco-Adventure Triathlon will be on June 23 at the Quarry Hill Nature Center, Rochester, MN. this is a bike - canoe - bike - orienteering event for families.
Cost: $30 per two-person team
Star of the North t-shirts provided to all registrants
