Join us in beautiful southeast Minnesota for the second running of the TreadMan Duathlon! This event comprises a 5K run, 32K bike ride and a final 5K run. Helmets are required / All surfaces are paved. All entrants receive a custom towel and socks. Free massages provided by Stress Solutions after the event. Fruit, Great Harvest race rolls, energy bars Gatorade, water after the event. Chip timing.
Where: Douglas Trail, Douglas, MN
When: Saturday, September 27th, 9:00 AM
Directions: From highway 52, exit at 75th Street NW (county road 14) and head west into Douglas (2.8 miles). Please park on County Road 14 to the east of Douglas.
Course: 5K Run—32K Bike—5K Run. The run segments are mostly on the Douglas Trail. The bike segment is a loop on county roads CR 14 (west), CR 5 (north), CR 12 (east) and CR 3 (south). There is a 3 Hour time limit for participants. Full details of the course and profiles of each leg are now below in pdf format.
Race Limit: 300
There is a limit of 300 entrants for this event
Race Rules (biking): Helmets are required, no drafting, no outside support for bike leg.

Race day registration/packet pickup available on Friday, September 26th from 4-8 pm at Hawthorne Suites, 2829 43rd Street NW in Rochester and on race day from 7-8:45 am in Douglas.
Fees: $45 for the solo entrant until September 13th.
$55 for 2-person team until September 13th
Add $10 to the above prices after September 13th up to race day
Awards:
First overall male and female and 3 deep in the following age divisions (both male and female):
Under 25, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and older
Teams: 3 deep in the following categories:Co-Ed, 2-Person Female, 2-Person Male
Note: You must be at least 18 years of age to enter this event. No duplicate awards.
Amenities: Custom towel and socks to all registrants. Sports drink and water at water stops. Fruit, treats, fluids post-race.
